Changing of a field web address

I play R&S paintball in K'zoo, Michigan, and they recently lost their website due to not paying for the domain name and when you click on the link to their site in the review section it says page can't be found.
About a month ago they got a new website so I was wondering who can change the link to get it to go to www.rspaintball.net ?
