My friend was thinking about buying a T1 (don't say get a bko because he doesn't feel like buying a mount/drop, macro, and for it to only run on n2, which he doesn't have). He wanted to know if it has an anti chop eye. And also if the gun itself has any known problems like with the t.e.s. And also how good does the eye work if there is one? Is it bouncebeam or breakbeam?

the one will still work on c02, but be prepared to replace a lot of O-Rings. also you can pick up a used steel nitro tank for cheep. I used to have c02 and though nitro was overrated and wat too expensive, but once a finally got a tank i never turned back. (IT ROCKS!)

If u dumb..... if u use c02 too much u'll fuk up the solenoid. u screw that up that about $60 dollars to replace. anti siphen is ok but u dun want to use it long.

I've never had a problem with black paint, so I really think it's a matter of the sensitivity of the particular eye. Mine just won't chop, unless the paint is brittle.

If people tell you to get a BKO they're wrong because T1 is only like 200 dollars. The eye is always on, and All-Stars have black stars. Other than that i think it's a decent gun. You'd need a QEV it to give it the free feeling. Other than that BLOWBACKS SUCK!

I wouldnt get the T1. My friend was using it when we went paintballing and he constantly had problems with the eye, and the gun actually firing (he sometimes just had to smack the bolt for it to go forward). Also, it has a stupid name.
I recommend a bko, its worth adding an asa/drop whatever.

Did he have a friggin' chop or has he no idea how to maintain a marker?
The stock bolts on T1s aren't the greatest, the need constant attention to work well. That means lots o' lube. For the price you can get a T1 these days, one would have to be a fan of ICD not to get a T1. You can upgrade the Christ outta this thing, run HPA and still have enough left over to have a days worth of fun, for the price of a stock BKO.
T1>BKO every time. And like Dansport4600 is any better a name than "The One". N!gger please.

You've told us, multiple times but let not make this a T1 vs. BKO. The eye in bounce, you can run it on co2 but must use a stabilizer or double stabilizer. I recommend double stabilizer.

I bet you have never shot the BKO. And I know that you think the one is better just because of the specs. Sure it sounds better on paper but face it, it is a crappy quality marker. So I suggest you not be so biased with it.
Also, my friend takes good care of his marker. Everyone has a problem with the eye of the one. Its made to break. It may take some time but sooner or later, its gunna have problems.
And just to let you know, this is my PERSONAL experience with t1. I like the BKO more and it is my future marker.
And ya, I still hate the name.

The BKO vs T1 topic is dead.
Every marker will eventually have one problem or another, for you to totally discount the T1 because your friend had a single problem with his is a great insight into your intelligence.
And I still hate your name.

No, I am not judging this just from my friends gun problems. I know a lot more people with t1/tes with t1 kit. They all have some sort of problems (and no, not counting the people in this website). I used my friend as an example.
Anyway, I dont want to start a flame war nor do I want to bring back t1vsBKO debate so I'll stop talking. But my opinion still stands BKO>T1. Dansport4600>T1.

Then don't say anything, it's as simple as that. I could break out "I had a dream..." but I think you all know how that goes. :P

say you have problems with the eye...is there any way to fix it? or upgrade it? or make it....better?
i have a pimped out the one and i havent had any problems at allw with the eye and dark paint or beam bounce and if your bolt jams that just means that u need a delron bolt.
