I went to play dpb for the first time in a while and it said my Half Life had to be updated to play but there were currently no updates available. I have version 1.1.1.0. or does it mean i have to update dpb?

you need the newest version of halflife.. go to fileplanet.com and make sure you have it.

and you need the newest version of dpb.. i think its digitalpaintball.net its v2.1 unless the new one came out

Yea PBN is all over dpb , however most of them hack if you did a search for dpb hacks on PBN you find like 1000 + threads. I played agasint 1 of them and he hacked like crazy , being the freind he is he hooked me up with teh cheats , so I will be happy to play agasint PBN.

Well it doesn't have to be a clan. We could just all come on at one time and have a game with some other PBR members that might be cool. If anyone is interested PM me or hit me up on AIM.

I like playin dpb but my ping is like in the 500s. Everyone always yells at me for lag. It makes me sad (almost a rhyme)

steam doesnt take long to dl, its dpb that does if you dont know the fast ways..

the worr field always makes me lag so bad, one time it went to like 2000something, it was crazy..I like couldnt move and it was all slow motion and weird :eyes:

yeah, but steam doesnt like to work, and every update, something goes awry, or they are so overloaded that my update times out because it cant connect, gj Steam, also get just the Steam installer, like Shadow said that should be a coupla hundred KB's.

i do weird stuff all the time. Sometimes it just makes me stop. My body looks like its running but i just start floating up or down. I can't shoot anyone but they can shoot me. weird

Steam works fine if you know what you're doing, have a decent computer and a fast internet connection. I've never had a steam problem that took more than 2 minutes to fix.

yeah, your going to need steam. WON is dead and you can't play and half-life or half-life mods unles you have it.

Shadow theres more then 1,000 people that hack , I don't even hack anymore since my dad had to erase everything from my computer including alot of my games. Damit I forgot where I downloaded DPB it was super fast , and I can't find dpb on steam at the moment.

thats right, i am a computer moron, and my 2.53 ghz, 1gb ram, radeon 9600 pro SUCK SACK, and my DSL is slower than a 28.8k, exactly right. I have been with the Half Life engine for over 4 years now, and I have fixed every problem thrown at me, including steam ones, but that doesnt mean i liked doing it or it was easy, but it tends to have more problems than I EVER had with WON.
