I bought my unmilled 2k3 BKO for 255$ from firstcallpaintball on November 13th, 2003. That was before ICD had to pay royaltees to SP.

Did you buy it used? That's a great deal.

edit- And to answer your question: new 04's run for about $320 so a 03 would probably be the same (when new) or maybe a little lower.
