Two player on my team just sent out their Vision Impys for a few different problems and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on how Smart Parts was with getting your gun fixed and back to you. We live in PA and I understand that the Smart Parts place is in PA too so I figured that would help with the shipping but does anyone know how long they usually take to fix the guns? Thanks.

depends who busy they are and hoew serious your problem is, but if you have a tournament in 3 days, i wouldnt register early for t, as you never know

1-3 weeks depending on their load as awhislyle said. they do a good job, a lot of people give them crap, but i have seen so many refurbished impulses from sp's factory that i would even trust them with my impulses.

The guns were sent out tuesday and we got a call today saying they're fixed (mother boards were broken) and that both were shipped out this morning. Total: $39. Not bad at all IMO

we knew they would be able to fix the gun no probem. it was just the amount of time it would take is what we were worried about.

true true, it all comes down to how much they have to do. since sp have "service stations" on the west and east coasts, as well as in between, normally they are pretty quick, but it is always better to call ahead first. glad everything worked out for you getupk8

Glad to see everything worked out ok. Seems like SP is getting better. I've heard many of stories about them giving customers crap about stuff not under warranty and other things that generally piss people off. Hopefully those days are over. :)

why, because a viking is better stock than 90% of every other impulse in the world? both of yous, just go back to your homes and keep on eating peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon.

a viking is better stock than 90 percent of the guns in the world, i like AKA guns thier sweet. but can u get one for 400 buck noooooooo. can u get one for 825 nooooooo. right there u have hte prices of the shocker and impulse probably the two most sold high end paintball guns ever!?!?!? yeah SP sucks doesnt it. they make affordable guns that can compete, and they are an upgraders dream. great company.

i love smart parts hands down never used an aka therfore not going to bash them but the affordability of smart parts products is what sold me on it.

well, for how much a viking used to cost (700$), and also considering it outdid almost every gun over 1000$, that, as long as you have that huge amount of money to shell out in the begining, gives you a lot more bang for your buck...
