i know how you feel man, sometimes it takes forever for an order to go through. I ordered an s-rail from smart parts 3 weeks ago. Called em up the other day and they hadnt even shipped it yet. Its not the same company but i know the feeling.

Smartparts doesn't have the money to ship the S-rail out to you right now, you'll have to wait until they sue the next company. Thank you.

Almost the same as owning a Shocker, it's no longer cool, but it is still pretty funny.

Because I like it more.
If you want to get technical however, the Fly is faster, has a better eye, better customer support, comes with a better stock barrel, less maintenance, looks better (IMO), and doesn't feel like a toddler's toy. Not to mention more efficient.

Yes I am jealous because I could've easily bought a Shocker, but I like the Space frame more then the 90* frame, and not to mention I don't like the feel of Shockers. But you're right. I am so jealous he has a Shocker and I don't.

If you can afford an angel then you probably won't even use the stock barrel.

True enough, I'm just pointing it out.
Oh, and DarkKnight1312, it's sad to hear you think Shockers are better then Angels, but thats your opinion. Anyhow, about your order, I'd phone them and rip their faces off. Trust me, phoning someone and yelling at them is alot more effective then yelling at them through an e-mail.

If you want to get technical however, the Fly is faster opinion, not fact, no one can pull the trigger that fast so who cares?, has a better eye probably but i don't see proof, better customer support if something breaks...which it shouldn't..., comes with a better stock barrel which still sux, less maintenance you should only have to maintain either of them before and after a day of play and if it is in storage every few months, looks better (IMO) yes, that is your opinion, not a fact, and doesn't feel like a toddler's toy yet another opinion. Not to mention more efficient. the HE shocker bolt makes it about even
personally i would take a fly over any shocker any day...but i want to make you prove it...

The Fly is faster, it has a faster board, and if you put both to a ramping mode, you can make the Fly shoot faster.
The Fly has a breakbeam eye, which is much better then a reflective eye. (Unless you like your eye to not see dark paint)
As one of you stated above, most problems caused with Shockers are user inflicted. Same goes with Angels. It is always good to have good customer service, no matter what.
The Infinity barrels do not "sux", they are actually some of the nicest 1 piece barrels around, and I would shoot it over any barrel made by Smartparts.
You have to take apart the Shocker's solenoid and clean it every month or so if you want it to be performing well. (Says the guys from Badlands paintball)
Looks are an opinion, agreed.
Yes, another opinion.
After spending over $800 for a Shocker, I don't see why you should have to shell out another $100 just to make it effiecent. (Those estimates are in CDN funds)

Ramping pathetic? Whoa, you pretty much just insulted over three quarters of the Speedball population
Nevertheless, a Breakbeam is still a better way of detecting a ball.
That's what you think, you've had good luck and nothing has gone wrong with your gun. Now what happens if something went wrong, that you couldn't fix?
You don't need a kit for an open bolt marker, but whatever floats your boat......and yea, pretty much every gun somebody buys, they put a aftermarket barrel on it.
PM Ydna for a link to his webpage, it talks about Shocker matinence there in depth, a good webpage.
You get what you pay for.

my custom service from sp was great, they replaced stuff with only the cost of return shipping. (dye didnt charge me at all on my trix, even with a new board and others:tup: )
The Infinity barrels do not "sux", they are actually some of the nicest 1 piece barrels around, and I would shoot it over any barrel made by Smartparts. All americans are damn good stock barrels, i almost prefer it over an actual freak, and definetly over an infinty. (though the one i shot was on a Adrenaline angel)

I like my shocker, but I do agree their barrels suck and I'm not really into the company as a whole. Maintenece isn't bad and I can deal with it. Breakbeam is better than reflective, but my shocker can read black paint so I don't care. Feel, and etc, is preference. I like the shocker due to the fact that it is a simple no frills gun. Could've easily bought an A4 or a modded speed, but I chose not to. You like yours I like mine, I except that and realize everyone has a preference.

SP jokes/bashing SP guns and stuff has indeed gotten old.
And I cant believe you guys are comparing these two guns.
Stockwise, the Angel 4 Fly owns the shocker, the shocker since its about 400 dollars cheaper and has an inferior ( but stlil useable) eye logic, board that does pretty much nothing but dwell and recharge, and crap effeciency.
But.....
With the money you can shell out for the a4 fly, you can trick a shocker out to perform up with the A4 Fly. How?
First off, the board, I reccomend a predator 2 board. 200 dollars installation, all options + beambreak eyes.
Your total on the shocker is now 1,000 dollars.
HE bolt kit, puts you up to 1,075.
CP reg. 60 bucks your at 1,135
16" ultralite w/ .692 bore: 100 bucks
In all its about 1,235 as opposed to the 1,400 of the a4 fly
All you need is those to trick your shocker out, and the total comes pretty close to an A4 fly, saving bout 1 to 2 hundred dollars
