I have a v-force shield, and I have 2 questions.
1. Can the lense be sprayed with anti-fog spray?
2. Will the spray halp the lense to not fog up as much?

First. Wrong Forum.
Second. Your lense isn't suppose to fog up. replace it or call V force.

Read the instructions with your mask before applying anything on it. The anti-fog coating on masks is very soft and somewhat delicate. If you clean it too hard, it may come off or stop working. Also if you use certain chemicals, those may kill the anti-fog coating.
Finally, the anti-fog coating seems to lose its capabilities over time no matter what you do. Be aware that some people can make these masks fog under certain conditions. If that happens, you have no choice but to either replace the lens and hope that the new one performs better or you can try an anti-fog.
Check out the reviews of the anti-fogs here under 'masks' then 'mask accessories'. The top rated anti-fog is FogTech with 23 reviewers rating it a 10 out of 10.
