Upgrades for Spyders fitting Piranhas:

Barrels: Most. The Piranha is threaded for Spyder barrels
Bolts: No. The post connecting the bolt to hammer is too thick
Back Blocks: Pretty sure they don't
Valves: Probably, but the Turbo is better than any Spyder valve with the possible exception of the AKA Tornado
Sears: with some adjustment, they can be made to work in emergencies, but you will not be able to field strip the gun without taking off the trigger frame to put it back together.
Hammers: No
O-rings: Yes. The o-rings for bolt, hammer, valve, and barrels are all standard sizes used on just about every dual-chamber blowback
Sight rails: Yes
Grips: yes, with some modification to make a single trigger wraparound grip work with a DT frame.
Grip Frames: Probably not, simply because they use the Spyder sear, which we've discussed
Vert Adapters: if it'll fit the Spyder Compact models, it should work in the Piranha. Again, PMI makes great vert adapters
Rear-Cocking kits: No
Drop Forwards/BL kits: anything made to fit a standard inline 2-hole bottomline arrangement will work. Not the ones designed for an offset arrangement.
Spring Kits: Yes, particularly the Chameleon
