Barrel for Impulse...

Hey guys...do they make Impulse threads for the 4 piece Empire barrel kit...I know they make them for the 7 piece kit...but i want a 4 piece kit..thanks...

that seems odd, why would they thread one barrel kit for impulses and not another? then again, why buy an empire barrel kit ;)?

Freak Jr. kit would be better or just pick out a front and backs for the paint you use on www.pbfanatics.com . Seen the empire on an imp, nothin to brag about, the SP barrels are the way to go IMO.

No, they don't make 4 piece kits with Imp threads.

i have to say that is pretty odd they make em for 1 kit but not another which r also the same brand too

yes, as a general rule, try to stay away from empire barrels/kits.

if you could, an ultralite woulde be nice to. if you wanted the whole kit, go with the freak...

well i'd perfer an ultralight to almost any other barrel, except the thing with impulses is that on like every 3/5 impulses, dye barrels don't fit-i know it is weird, but it is because of the was sp threaded the impulse's barrels by double tapping it which can be commonly mistaken for a single tap that doesn't work even though it looks the same...

The imp I tried had an empire barrel from a 10 piece kit, and when I shot it the barrel would unscrew itself and come loose. I don't know whether it's the gun or the barrel, but I mean I've shot an AA and two freaks on other guns and that didn't happen with them.
