This should explain it.

Essentially it is using a double trigger, you altenate tapping the trigger with each finger.

It's not just a double trigger, unless its a HAIR trigger. You usually need a electronic gun. Like a mech cocker can be walked it just goes like 2-3 bps when walking, some guns are better just using two fingers.
