Yes, while it is true that I had promised to post these months ago, I just finally got hold of a scanner so here they are, albeit a bit late. Now... let's see if I can get em up before school :)

The chicks in the pajamas are the Iron Maidens. Great bunch of people to play with. Fatty and I are also on the far left by the chrono. This was the staging area for the 5 man competition

And the last picture, was of Ian (a friend of mine), my girlfriend and myself (aka, that loser on the left). The sun was setting behind the pic so it got pretty frickin distorted, making my ears look 8 inches long and pointy. Oh well

Hehe, the actual tournament takes place in Wasaga beach, which is a big time party area. There's a nice strip of beach, the beach is maybe 60 metres from the water, and it's all lined with bars and clubs. The park is maybe 3 minutes drive from this, so naturally, after playing a few games, we got hammed :)

Also, on another side note, the tournament itself is a pretty large tournament as far as all Canadian shows go. Though it's still a small time tourney when compared to skyball "mmmmmmm skyball" teams from as far as British Columbia and new york come to compete. We played a few games against team Tempest who are a fairly decent Novice team in the states as well. And of course we won. Notwithstanding that the guy got called out for a bounce, but we still won :) In terms of how we did...

5 man was too bad for us to even look at our score, we got a 50 point penalty and the field layout was just impossible to do anything but draw on (woods is not so good for 5 minute games). In the 3 man, we entered 2 teams. One got 4th in the finals, the other missed the finals by one game that shoulda gone our way. It was 2v1 and as I was runnin down the tape for a bunker move on their last player, someone called from the sidelines that I was going down the tape. I got shot, and Krasher promptly got nailed as well. Later in the day, it was revealed that had we won that game we would have gone into the finals with more points than anyone else. Kinda sucks.... Still, it was one hell of a fun event

And yeah Prok, I figure this is the right forum. People post experiences when they played paintball the day before, or they post pictures of their gun (which they can do at the conveniently located sticky on top of the page) and if they felt the desire they could post pic threads of their own team if they desired.

Think of it this way, Paintball Forum.... pictures of people playing paintball.... paintball forum..... pictures of people playing paintball.

well it could go in the tourney forum too, since all the pics are from a tourney, and the word tournament is in the title of the post, thus associating this thread with the tourny forum.
