Ok so I ve been looking around and researchin barrel kits and this one appears to be a great buy. The one problem I have had is finding a store online that one, carries the barrel, and two allows you to choose the color and length of the barrel. So if anyone knows where I could find this kit online with these options available please let me know. Thanks.

On a sidenote, your Teardrop should be more than enough barrel for your open-bolt Spyder. But to answer your question, the best I could find in under 30 seconds was here (http://www.thepaintballstore.com/product993.html), you can choose a length. Try searching more at froogle.com if you really care that much about the color.

Cool, and the teardrop works great, but after this current school year I'm plannin on buyin a new gun, mainly the Dragun/ Odyssey Torid X, because for the price the features included are very attractive to me, and I would also like to start out with a lower priced barrel kit, and as I said this one fits the bill.

CP two piece. If you're set on a kit, you can make it yourself with the back you'll actually use. You can do this at your own time too so if you don't have a ton of cash, you can get the barrel and two backs and be good to go.

Go with the CP 2 Piece and use the money you save for a reg or HPA. In the end you will get more performance for the money.

That would just be more money to spend, he still needs HPA, a new loader, and a reg. There's no reason for him to spend over $100 on a kit.

yes I do need alot of stuff, but just because I'm new doesnt mean I suck. Besides UL with alot of backs is gonna run me way more than $100... I did consider the CP 2 piece as well, and it will probably come down to which one is better priced when I finally do get enough funds to do some shopping. O yeah I found a crossfire HPA 47/3000 tank for $75, so if its still available should i go for it?
