Angel= big $$$$$$ WHY!

Just wondering, why the angels are so expensive??? wath so special about it! The only thing that I know about angel is that they are expensif and they look SO NICE!!!!

its mostly the electronics that are in it, it has really high rof, when pulling semi. There is so much u can do with the new angel too.

That, and you pay alot of money for a marker that is just as good as alot of other markers out there, but have a little logo that says "Angel" on it. And people will buy a gun for it's name. It's one of the best guns on the market no doubt, but by no means is it better than alot of guns that cost half as much.

And to save someone the embarassment of asking who John Rice is, he's the maker of the angel

it aaaaaaaaaaaaall depends. if u want a cocker.....some cockers are more expensive than angels. if u want electro but different feel......u can check out da intimidator. i think other electros dat are just as good are....shockers, intimmys, and bushies. they may not show the exact same performance, but each gun has differetn characteristics and traits dat certain people like. id say da intimmy is a very nice electro gun. some say its fasta than an angel

Ok, well between an intimidator and an angel, i defy you to find one single iota of superiority that an angel has. Once they fix the gas consumption problem of the matrix, well it's kinda up there too. Then... work in that those guns both have anti-chopping features, and maybe it's got some more stuff. Or hey now, what about that emag... angel performance, with one of the best triggers on the market. So tell me, why people buy angels. Because it's called an angel. Dont misconstrue this, as me saying "Angels suck", because they dont. They're among the top guns on the market without a doubt. I've shot a few, and they feel great. No better than alot of other guns though, and they arent "clearly the most advanced gun on the market". And they cost almost twice as much as an intimmy or a matrix, but people still think you're nuts if you dont see that the angel is "the best". That's my beef

yea........its weird.......at skoo...people dat barely kno anything about paintball just know that the best gun is supposedly the angel. i tell some of mah friends "yea i paintball" and even girls would be like "do you have an angel" ....its so ***. why does everyone think da angel is da best gun? i think like...a couple hundred dollars of da angels price is because of da fact dat its made in england....and its "specialized"

it's like this what woul you rather have in your drive way a ford mustang 5.0 or a ferrari f150 sure they both go fast the both get you there in the same time cause the speed limit doesn't change depending on the car you drive. But still everyone would take a ferarri if they had the choice why? Because it's one of the best and most exspensive you can by therefore it's a status symbol kinda like wearing fubu jnco or tommy gear as opposed to kmart threads its all about da $$$$

The Impluse is really a good marker.Its a little touchy for the preson who frist gets one .I should know.I have a terdrop barrel on it right now.I is heavy after playing long rec games.But it does hit its mark if you aim it at a spot.ROF is real good.At our last rec game guys thought i was shoting full auto at a target.I have no slop in the trigger its tight.I still got some bugs too work out on it as of yet.When we play agist the Palmers in 2 weeks i'll have it down better.Also I'll have my a-mag back from them by then also.So i'll use both guns

That impulse does sound nice, but I think I got misunderstood. You said "Got the timmy beat", I never meant to convey that the timmy was the best gun in the world. My favorite, yes, but the very best, probably not. The thing is, there isnt really a gun that is "the best". There comes a point, when a gun is at the peak, and you cant improve much. There are alot of guns at this peak. They get +-4 consistency at the worst, high rate of fire, and dont chop paintballs. After that, it's not making a whole lot of difference, and the "Superiority" isnt quite clear cut. There's alot of guns that I feel are at this level, Angels, e-mags, excaliburs, Upgraded busheys/defiants, "Fancy shmancy custom impulses :) ", Timmies, matrices... the list goes on and on. I wouldnt call any gun in that list superior to another, it becomes a matter of looks and feel, for decisions. I chose the timmy, because I liked the feel best, and the looks really impressed me. That was the point I was trying to make, there are alot of guns at the top level of performance, the angel is one of them, but it costs nearly twice as much, for no real benefits. Those impulses are nice, but I still like my timmy :D
