Throw Ball?

Yesterday at my local field once it closed and we were waiting for our rides, my friends and I decided to throw paint at eachother because we had no air left. While we were throwing paint at each other one of my friends said that this is an actual sport with competions and teams. I sort of believed him because he knows paintball really well and his cousin is on the empire pro team. So has anyone ever heard of throw ball to that extent?

I turned the eyes off on my tribal and ripped on it, and it jammed, so I started throwing paint, then I tried to bunker a guy with a P-68 (pump) or something like that, and failed lol. But it was fun lol.

I have heard of Throwball. There was an article on it in a recent Action Pursuit Games Magazine. Some local pump teams down in California get together and do some "Throwball Tourneys" for fun.

yea some fields allow people to play thorwball. Its kinda stupid. I wouldn't consider it a sport tho.

Hey me too... :laugh: It was the damnedest thing to see some kid screaming something like a battle cry and run right down the middle of the field throwing paint by the handful. We stood up in out bunkers and 4 of us fired at him. I'm amazed we actually hit him...my eyes were watering from laughing so hard that I couldn't see.
It took balls, I'll give 'em that.

ay my field poeple are just as stupid. In a game of speedball they'll just get up yell out something real loud and start charging down the middle of the field shooting. They hit know one and they got shot about 15 times. Its funny though.

Throwball is the official game between games when we play outlaw, I didn't know it has a name though.

I bunkered a guy one time by throwing paint at him when I ran out of air. He said the entire handfull hit him in the crotch.

Haha I actually managed to close the prank on my first try lucky me. Anyway I guess it would be fun but I rather use a marker. Marker>Hand throw.

although a great source of fun after paintball days when you have some leftover paint, this is the first i've heard of it being an actual sport.

I have taken sme paint off the ground and thrown it when out of air. Served no purpose but distraction

i saw a guy actually manage to get a break on somebody from throwing paint on somebdoy...he like cut a bunch of balls open, and threw them at a guy...he had a mark about the size of a post-it...:eyes:

too bad that guy got lit up by everyone else

i was gonna try and break a really brittle ball on a guy using a phantom in a scenario game one time...(i wasnt using a gun)

he got a lucky break on my hand as i was crossing from one hole to another tho...i was like 50 feet from him too...:(
