I have the 12" and it is quieter than my stock 10". The stock barrel was fairly quiet aready because of the heavy porting. At 25 feet, the AA BD does just a little better grouping than my stock (1" verse about 1/2"). I haven't been to the field yet with the BD, so I can tell you if it shoots further than my stock or not. I wouldn't go above 14". As you snipe, you may find that the 16" on up will get in the way. That is why I choose the 12". Of coarse, as a pb sniper, you wouldn't want to go below 14 either. But you also have to look a the barrel and it portings when deciding on the length. Again, for the AA BD, I would go with either 12" or 14" base on my initial observation.

Skiir,

I use 32 degree team colors. It work very nicely for my Big Daddy as well as the stock. The team colors are medium bore, think shell, thin fill pants that should work pretty well for you in cold weather. I used it in 45 degree weather yesterday and didn't have any breaks in the barrel. It also produced a faily tight pattern with my BD at about 75 feet.

ok maybe my paint is too small... i use proball and that is a smaller bore,, that might be the problem
