Before I say anything else, I'd like to mention that my throughput isn't very good as far as uploading goes, so be prepared for some slow-*** speeds.

Bittorrent is a p2p or Peer-to-peer based program. You upload to eachother, and download from eachother. Just like kazaa.

First, you'll need a bittorrent client. Download Bittornado.

Now install it.

Now download the bittorrent link. They will always be .torrent. Save the torrent file anywhere. Open it, and bittornado will open up asking you where you want to save the file. *NOTE* This is where you choose where you want the actual file to be saved.
I usally just choose my desktop.

Click Ok when you choose where you want to save it.

The file will now start downloading.
Bittorrent uses a system where your download rate is proportional to your upload rate. So make sure you are uploading while you download.

If you need to turn your computer off, or exit out, no problem. You can just open up the .torrent file again and it will automattically start downloading where you left off.

Good luck and make sure you keep the client open after you are done downloading to keep the torrent alive!
