I'm a newbie and would like to mount sights on my EXT G3 but the vertical feed is in the way. Has anyone been able to mount sights that work.

You can mount a red dot sight. It wont do much for you because paintballs drop. If you want to you can put a red dot sight as close to the VF as possible. Then when you are aiming keep both eyes open and the red dot will be superimposed(I think thats what its called) on the target. It takes some getting used to.

why do you need a sight ? are you the sniper ? I really have not found a need for one cuz we play in the woods and am always moving, and in speedball who has time to sight up the shot anyway . Use the ball dent as your sight thats what I do and ITS FREE but the front page has a review of sights and they are about 40 bucks + shipping , get some Stickies and you will be happier than buying a sight .

If you do want to get a sight i advise you set it as close to your eyes as possible. Also the sight has adjusments on it, turn it so you sight is aiming as high as possible, because the paintballs do drop.
