Nah, it's not like it's a crime to get an Impulse, you buy the gun that fits you.

Go be free and chose what gun you want.

Well you can really get any gun that suits you best . If you tryed both of them out and liked the Impulse more or like the BKO more then its up to you. ;) .

wow, this isnt like you guys usually. telling me to buy the gun i think would work better for me, even if its an impulse. what exactly does the impulse have that the bko or older bushies dont (besides millions of dollars in marketing) it seems like it would be a pretty good gun because so many pro teams are shooting them. (i know that last comment might make you want to slap me) but every time i see someone with it either has something wrong with it or they are trying to sell it. i mean is there really an advantage at all to buying a impulse over a bushy?

ohh and buy the way i have never shot a bushy or an imp(i have helped a kid mess with his trigger and got to shoot with no air) but the way you guys talk about it it seems like the imp will shoot pretty nice but the bushy will be ten times better. everyone here has an imp and ive only seen one guy with a bushy where i live and that is the reason i wanted to buy one. thanks for all of your help.

Imps are great guns no doubt but for the same money you can hook up a BKO very nicely. Even find a used b2k4 with some barrels , hpa , and unimount still under the price of a new imp.

pro's shoot impys becasue thats what they are paid to shoot......never go by what the pro's shoot....they don't shoot what they think is best....they shoot what they are paid to shoot...

I couldnt have said it better myself.

There is no reason for me or anyone else to try to sway what a person wants to purchase. If you have choose the Imp over the Bushy then so be it. I truely believe that you have made a mistake in your choice but that is my opinion.

You take a base priced Imp and then figure in all the mods that must be added to it to make it preform on the same level as a Bushy and you will find out that you know have the price of a Bushy with PDS. Now when you figure in the ACE for a vision you have additional money that you could put into a PDS bushy that is still going to outpreform the Impulse plus cost you less money in the long run.

Here is another little exercise for everyone to try.

Take a base cost Vision Impulse and a Base Cost B2K4 w/ PDS. Now trick out each marker to the fullest and you will see that the Bushy will come in below the Impulse.

The price of the parts for a bushy are cheaper than most of the same parts for a Impulse.

I can go on and and on and on but fact of the matter is if you dont like how the bushy feels in your hands then you are better offer getting what does feel right. If that so happens to be a Impulse then that is what you should get.

ps: Like I said before.

Nobody around here can tech one either. It doesn't really matter though. Usuallly if you have a problem most of the people on here/pbn can identify it for you. If not, you could always send it to Vaporworks, ICD, or Tantrum.

I know more about paintball guns then any pro shop owner within a 45 minute radius of my house. Yet, my markers often run better then most of the kids that are always giving there guns to the shop Tech to fix. IMO, "Techs" are seriously over-rated. Learn your marker, and if you can't solve a problem post it on here.

Plus, I have a hard time trusty my stuff to someone else. You know they won't care about it as much as you and are more likely to F it up.

I wouldnt trust my gun to a tech unless it was vapor, tantrum, or someone else ICD-certified. Most techs, no matter how good they are with cockers or spyders, are bound to suck at fixing Bushies.

IAOAB, you have a BKO already. If you can tech that, then you can tech a bushy. Teching a Bushy isnt all that different from a BKO or an Impulse.

pbfreak, its the same thing where I live. I'm the only person around who shoots a Bushy, everyone has Impulses. trust me, get the B2K, it is very rewarding to have a gun that ppl dont see every day. They always want to dryfire it and know what it is (thats not the reason why you should buy a B2K, but you get the point, dont be discouraged because everyone else has impulses). Where do you live BTW?

yeah i know what you are talking about. about a month ago some kid told me to buy a impulse and i said no i rather have a bushy. he said no dont buy a spyder clone stupid. then i tried to explain to him and then he kind of understood. (i think)
