new hopper, preferably a Halo. or you could buy a couple cases of paint and go shoot ppl.

It depends on what you want to achieve with your marker first.
Me personally I like to make my marker as consistant and efficent as possible then work on speed.
So if you follow my train of thought then I would recommend the following.
Zenitram BKO ASA Block with LPR port
Palmer Micro Rock
Custom Products Grip reg
Vapor Valve
Vapor Volumizer
This would eat up all your $150 and then a little but the marker will be uber consistant when you get the regs dialed in.
This same basic setup on a local customers marker yield a change of no more than + or - 1 FPS. If you ask me that is pretty damn good for a KO.

^ hell yeah, that'll yield great results so if you want consistency go with that, it'll be insane. But when I saw the revy on your set-up I was like  . If all you do is snap-shoot then a Revy is just fine, but if I open up on my trigger at all with a Revy then I chop within a few shots. Even though I dont usually play back, i like being able to shoot lanes if I need to, hence the Halo. Thats why I recommended a faster hopper. Or you could compromise by getting an Egg and a couple of consistency upgrades. Go with whichever one you feel is a greater priority.

That is very good advice, but I noticed he had an 04 BKO, so he cannot use some of those parts. I would recommend that you get a vapor valve and a cp grip hpr. I would also recommend that you buy a Halo B, or some sort of electronical/mechanical anti chop system. What good is a gun if you cannot reach above 9-10 bps without chopping?

^ good point. The Zenitram block, Microrock, and Volumizer wont work on your gun.

The microrock will work, but you will need to get an adapter. :D

The microrock will work, but you will need to get an adapter. I know, but then it would be a Vapor/Zenitram Hoseless Microrock.
