Springs?

I just bought a spring kit and i need to know which springs do what? I have valve springs and hammer springs and different stiffnesses of each.

stiffer main spring = better air flow
lighter valve spring = better air flow

If your gun is LP you will be able to lower your psi by using these springs.

You shouldn't need to adjust your valve springs unless you know what you're doing and have done valve type experimentation before.

Most players only need to change the hammer spring to help adjust their FPS.
