i seem to keep on chopping balls in my cocker. Does anyone have any suggestions to get rid of this prob.

Its probably something wrong with your timing. I would give you the address to Ravi Chopra's site but I dont know it. Maybe someone else will post it.

First off time it.
Then learn how to pull the trigger. Pull it sll the way back and all the way foreward. Spend some time each day with the gun with out air or balls and just practice the trigger.

yea, i was at that ravis site and thats how i got my gun timed. im pretty sure i got it timed right now, so my prob must be on the trigger pull

A guy I play with has a STO that runs on such a low pressure that it cannot chop a ball. Since the bolt goes forward with so little force a ball would simply get pinched in the breech without breaking. I am not an air smith so I cannot explain the details but I'm sure a trained person could. I hope this helps.

could you be short stroking the trigger? If so, try praticing firing the marker with no paint.
