in our games, a single shot that busts to the head or torso is a "kill". Three shots to anything else and that's a "kill" too.

to be politically correct say elimination instead of "kill". it just looks better.

As long as it breaks on your equipment or your person.

I would define a "Kill" to when the heart stops beating. I would define an "elimination", "tag", or "bludgeon to death with a leadpipe" any hit on the person, their clothes, or anything they are carrying that is quarter sized or larger.

A kill is when someone's brain, heart, and lungs completely cease to function and you either directly or indirectly caused it.:)
An elimination is when a paintball breaks on a paintball player or their equipment and leaves a paint splatter the size of a quarter or larger. The person who caused the paintball to break on that player must not have already been eliminated and they must be on the same paintball field as the player that they broke the paintball on. Also, a player may only be eliminated during a paintball game.:D

okay new question!!!!! what do you consider a "tag" or "elimination. you guys take everything so seriously. by the way, when you're dead, it means that all of your body function has ceased.

i think they r alive if there heart is still beating but they r still in the game if they havnt had a direct hit by a paintball on them or any gear they r wearing or there gun now if they throe a pod out and it gets hit thats not a elimination for me but if ur holdin it that is a elimination

in woods ball we usually don't accept equipment hits as a "tag". it's got to hit somewhere on their body.

In that case I strongly recommend that you buy a Shocker (biggest you can find) with a Halo hopper and 114 ci tank.
Lo and ye verily, henceforth wilt thou be impervious to harm.

if it leaves a quarter size splat on the PERSON your out (playing mostly back yard, it sucks when a ball skims your back but is still and elim if it breaks on your pack, there fore, we don't play like that)

Whenever a ball breaks on your body or equipment. Sometimes even if a ball hits you, regardless of it breaking or not.

A shot that breaks on the head or torso. Equipment hits don't count except on the mask.:-) We just call it getting shot.
