When I got my gun back from pbkingdom for a trigger mod I shot it around with air after I felt how nice the trigger was. Friday I did it again and got MAJOR drop off after 3-4 shots in fast consectutive order. I have to
wait from 5-7 seconds for the air to recharge inside the gun. A friend said it may be my inline reg. So I took it apart and cleaned it out and applied so new lithium grease on all the parts if it that MAC Dev recommends. I put some on the threads of the ASA inline and screwed it in nice and tight. Then I put my tank back on and it was almost empty. But it had some shots left. I
turned on the gun and shot a few and I would hear little pops of air along with the solenoid clicking. So I took it off let the rest of the air out and went to bed. Today I get my tank refilled and had similar problems. I also have to mess with my regs constently to get them at the right psi. 80psi on the LP and 200 on the HP side. And I also played with the velocity thinking that could be a factor. I dont have any idea how this could happen since I was just shooting it thursday night and had zero problems. No drop off or anything at all. My friend also said it could be my tank but it looks okay and as I said I was going fine thursday night. None of my friends use nitro for me to test if its my tank. Any ideas on what I should look at? Thanks ahead of time.

do you use a screw in tank? if so you might be screwing it in too far. (sounds crazy but i've seen it a lot) try screwing it in until you heard it gas up and then no more than a quarter turn after that. if you put it in too far then the diaphram actually chokes the air off.

DUDE!!!!

i had the EXACT same problem.

1) what is the output on your tank? (if it's 500 or up then that's not the problem)

2) i know you said it was not your inline reg, but the problem with mine was to clean my inline reg out WELL and lube it. you said u put white lithium grease on your reg?? (cause if you put too much it might just be gumming up in the reg)

this it what helped with mine, just a suggestion

p.s. do you have an lp mod? (it is supposed to help with drop-off)

my tank output is 850 but it fixed the problem. I have the LP mod with a gladiator. I lubed things down but not too much.

are you using microline?

did you lube your regs, hammer or bolt with too much white lithium grease?

are you using co2??

maybe it's your tank,

after that i'm stumped because that worked for me

sorry dude :(
