how many shots can you get off the 12 gram with this thing?

I've read reviews and general complaints that say they only get 10 shots per CO2. I don't recall how many I got when I first got my Enforcer, but I noticed that the O-ring on the velocity adjuster screw had about an eighth inch chunk torn out of it. Ever since replacing it I've gotten around 28 shots per CO2
