I was trying to adjust my maxflo ( its vertical) when i realized I had srtipped the allen wrench that locks it down. Its in there really tight and nothing will get it out ive tried needle nose pliers. I have a new scerw to lock down the maxflo but i need to get the old screw out first, if ayone has anyideas can they please tell me

there are some special stripped screw remover tools you can buy from a hardware store, but other wise, unless you take it to a machinist to get him or her get it out, probably a him ;), you are pretty well screwed...
