I thought it was funny when at a charity workshop a friend of a friend shot Chris LaSoya in the arm. Chris proceeded to say 'Good shot ect.' but while walking off Chris shot the kid in the arm. I thought it was funny as hell. I think it may even be on tape, I'll have to ask my friend.

Probably when I bunkered my coach, a front for the Houston Hurricanes, a Div III NPPL team. It was beautiful, tears flowed, emotions ran high, you get the picture.

it was a free for all with foour people. in the first ten seconds i saw someone running in the woods and i got him in the hand which made him drop his gun. the other two people were shooting each other. i spent like 15 minutes crawling to the path across from one of there basses. he was shooting so i shot. right when i shot he had bent down facing me and i got him right on the top of the head. i ran to that base and saw the other kid running. i started shooting and i got his hand but it didnt pop. when i hit him his hand started to sweel so he could shoot so i won. it was awsone

The day i became a newbie no more.

It was a year and half ago, and i am playing speedball. I have been playing for like 8 months now. And i am getting better. WEll this game i played differently i played with compassion desire to crush the other team, and i did. I hit the snkae with my spyder, came up the right and bunker 3 guys. :D
Thats is how i play now.

funny: WAs playing speedball and it was 2 on 1. I was going to run up and bunker the last guy. I run out and trip on the bunker. I fall to the ground my hopper opens. And i become nice big target for that guy.
the agony. :bandaged: The embaresment :paperbag:

Hmm...

Probably when this one kid was trying to move up and he did a superman into a bunker parallel to mine. I was firing at him, and the last shot I fire hits him in the head, narrowly missing his mask. So he hits the ground, and about a minute later I hear, "Hit...." In a very faint voice, then he showed me the welt on his head after the game.

My very first bunker.

I was on the 50 and so was the other kid with the rental gun right in front of me...Well, I wrap the bunker and shoot him. And then there was another kid on the left side of the tape as I am running. He had a dm4, which made me proud. I bunkered him, but thre ref called me out right as I lit him up with about 4 shots. He had shot me once in the arm when I bunkered the noob with the rental.

Walked right into a ghillie's dude in woods ball. Troy (my team captain) was about 5 feet in front of me and we were walking along the side of a creek. Ghillie opened fire Troy took about 5 shots point blank but cuz he's a big dude, he stopped them from hitting me. I jumped to the left and rolled down into the creek bed.

Shooting my cousin in the neck from about 10 feet away. He went to bunker my team-mate, and so I fired about 2 shots one caught him square in the neck. Blood. He shot me in the foot in the staging area for revenge.

My friend runs a remote on his spyder, we were playing woods just screwing around, so after me and 2 of my team-mates were out we snuck around and came up behind him and shot him from behind he got mad and threw his gun, but it was attached to him so he about knocked himself down.

Me and same friend were playing at this dude's field this noob thought he was a freaking general so he calls us over and tells us he saw a man in the middle of the field, while we're in this tight huddle behind a tree I say "I'll run and shoot the guy and right when I stand up some dude shoots the crap out of us...stupid move on my part.

My friend (same friend from storys 3+4) bunkered 3 noobs but being nice asked them to surrender and every single one of them shot him.

I made a run thru (also in woods) and bunkered these 2 kids. I had to jump over logs and thru bryers...but it was worth it.

My very first bunker...I ran up to a pal of mine and told him to surrender, but I was jumpy and nervous so before he could answer I shot him.

I got to the left flank of the other team. I got about 9 guys in one area. It rocked (till the dude with the DM4 decided it was necessary to shoot my 6 times...)

My first time indoor.
It was 3 on 3, and everyone was using the same marker. (tippmann pro lite) Well, two of the people on my team shot at anything that moved, while I moved up the side eliminating my cousin and some other kid. My cousin had a huge bruise on his leg at the end of the day where I shot him.
My first day with a Phantom was cool. I got to their starting bunker after getting out (I think) 2 people and then got in a snapshooting contest with a guy with a super stcok 'cocker. Of course the rest of my team was way behind me. (same field as above)
(once again at the same field as above) A pump tournament got cancelled. Me, thinking I would be the only pump guy there, was astounded to see approximately 30 people using pumps on a single day. The people made the teams basically all pump guys (including myself) and 2 rental users. The other team hadonly 1 pump guy and the same total amount of players. The best part was, my team won 4/5 times, including a time when three people from my team "blitzed the flag". One particularly fast guy made it to the 50 (where the flag was located), had the bunker he was behind fall ontop of him, him reset it, and then proceed to make his way to the flag station.
^ same day. Approximately three guys on my team decided to have a sliding contest... until one of them slid ~15 feet and then knocked over a bunker.

I'll always remember this one. So we were at the local indoor field, and so this kid with an Impulse walks on. So we start and right off the break I run to the snake. I crawled all the way through. As we neared the end of the game it was my friend's dad and I vs. this kid with the Impy. I knew the kid was on the otherside of the bunker, so I run out of the snake and bunker him, shooting him probably 3 or 4 times in the back. Another time I felt pretty good about myself was when we were playing at a town type of field with buildings and such. So I run to this car and see a kid's gun so I start shooting at that, and I didn't even realize there was an open window with his neck sticking out for about 75 more shots at his gun. I finally run up and shoot him once or twice in the neck. More good times to come this Sunday.

greatest: We were playing slow day at the field 3 on 3. I was already out and it was the other 2 guys on my team against one last guy. One of my friends just darted down the field to bunker this guy, wrapped around the bunker and boom, out of co2. The funny thing was that he actually ran all the way back to the 50 snake without getting shot doing a frontflip into safety.

another was beating this smack-talking team with 2 perfect games in a tourny

Downfall- I had a similar thing happen to me. This team was bonus balling noobs and stuff like that, so we confronted them about it. They said they could beat us anyday, and later in the day we had a little tourney on the airball field. We had maxed all the teams up to them, and we played them in the finals. Our mid guaranteed he would bunker this one kid that did most of the smack talking, and we ended up maxing them with our mid bunkering the last player just as he guaranteed and hanging the flag.

Gotta be bunkering the same guy 6 times in one day. I was trying out for their team and bunkered him once in the snake, once in the center 50, once in a back corner standup, twice in a runthrough on a dorito, and once while he was reloading in the center back. I could see his shadow and heard him pull the pod on that one. It was hilarious, he thought I was hunting him down.

BTW, I made the team, but we broke up soon after.

My favorite paintball moment would have to be this...

We were playing a speedball field made completely of fences named the city, and it was down to about 3v2 us with the three, and the two people on their team both played for the fields team, I came around and bunkered both of them. (it's not much unless you have played here)

But what made it memorable is how one of the 2 on their team is in one of the college classes my mom teaches, and earlier that week he had been talking about how good he does :)

Let's see......
4 come to mind right now.

1: This guy on a team was running to snake off the break, I was painting the lanes and I shot him a bunch of times. It was hilarious how pissed he was when he found out it was the kid witha stock 98c.

2: I was paying a 2 on 2 witha few friends. The one I was playing with got shot off the break. It was heis first time, so he didn't know that dead men can't talk. He yelled "look out on your left." Sure enough, one of my friends was running up to bunker me, I didn't stop shooting til he stopped running. There was a line of 5 shots across his collar bone. Priceless.

3: At my first tourney, this kid ran up to bunker me and I popped out when he about 10 feet away. He was so surprised he never had a chance, 6 or 7 shots into his mask.

4: I was playing at my field in the woods, I forget the kind of game but I had to run back to my start to win. My friend was running to try and catch me from his start. I shot once back into the air from a good 400-500 feet. All I heard was him yell "What the ****?" My one shot hit him right in the mask.

Mine was when I was playing *GASP* woods :eyepop: and I was using my old *GASP* spyder :eyepop: and I surrendured 4 people behind one obstacle (would hardly call it a bunker). 1 with a spyder, 2 with cockers, and 1 with an impulse

I have too many of them so I will be brief.

7 guys in 30 seconds in woodsball which afterwards I got nailed by the last guy at the end. I sent a suicider up the right tapeline to distract everyone that wasn't at the hill so I could run to the base of the hill and plink everyone off. It worked.

7 guys in 30 seconds in speedball. At the start of the game I dove for the snake, and my backman immediately said, "Justin, It's clear GO!" That's all I needed to know and I crawled as fast as my legs and arms could carry me to the end of the snake and picked off 4 people in the middle. Then I ran to the last bunker on the right and wrapped around and took out the last 3 backmen. Stupid newbies were in the same bunker.

Another time in woodsball. The backman told number 27 to go and 4 guys bunkered after I tripped over the bunker I was in trying to jump over it and almost injured myself. Couldn't lift my right arm without severe pain so I shot from the hip or left handed. After I finished off the 4th guy I was on other team's side. My own team was shooting at me until I said I was number 27. All of my team which was full 12 vs 12 ran like a doomsday rush to the other side of the field and total annhilation. It was nasty. This girl was screaming all the time at the top of her lungs on the other team. It was hilarious.

One day I took down all the guys 3 vs 3 in woodsball in under 1:00 3 times. Terrain mapping skills and movement out of opposing players conciousness at it's finest. Used alot of paint.

At a scenario game in total cave darkness, I led a 30 man team down this trail without flashlights with this friend who I can't even tell you about. He stopped so I stopped and the flashlight pierced the darkness 10 feet away from me. There was this big roar as the paintball guns discharged, 30 on 30, I fell to the ground and unloaded my whole hopper into where the flashlight flashed in front of me but of course, I got lit up to heck.

During the last battle of the scenario game, at one point I was surrounded by the other team. This tank (which btw was also under 20 feet away) took out all my teamates except me because I was behind a fallen log. My team's tank penetrated the enemy defences to help me out and blew away the tank in front of me. After that happened it drove ahead into the open where the houses were and just mowed down everyone before getting eliminated by a law rocket. Leaving me to fend for myself alone surrounded by the other team. I held them off for 10 minutes and then the enemy tank came back. While the enemy tank was 20 feet away from me, I eliminated 3-4 people on thier team. The tank couldn't touch me because I was snapshooting from the log like a madman. My tank came back after it came back from the hospital and they had another tank battle. Because I was close to the spawn point (hospital), I was finally eliminated. After I eliminated this player from an exposed position, he came back to the same position that exposed me while I was occupied with players shooting at me from across thier tank and took me out. I got kind of ticked because he lit me up bad. I felt like a fox that finally got caught by the hounds.

The last time I played in the scenario game I assaulted this church. It was in the open in a speedballish field and it was covered on all sides by the other team. I got to the edge of the doorway that was facing incoming fire and slipped into the corner. Tons of paint was whizzing by me 1 inch away from me. When there was a lull, I immediately ran for the door and got inside. I ran in there like a frenzy ready to blow away anyone inside, but there was no one there. This guy on the other team ran into the building and said, "C'mon let me show you this awesome spot to shoot people out of. They can't touch you!" I said, "You're out." It was then he looked at my armband and laughed. He ran out of the door back to his hospital. I was totally out of paint after shooting these guys in the distance totally exposed from one of the windows. Just as I was about to run back home to refill. I looked down and saw this ladder. I looked up and there was someone on the other team shooting out of the church steeple. I tried to surrender him, but he acted all stupid (I was out of paint). He didn't get out until a ref ran in and got him out. But while I was waiting for him to get out, I got shot out through the window. As I walked out of the church I heard a ref say, "That was awesome." As I got back to my camp my friend pointed out that I still had a pod left in the center of my pack. Crudnik.

I play speedball most of the time but they just don't give me as much memories because I play it alot. It's just the same thing over and over again. So what if I eliminated 5-6 players? It happens almost every day (I think because I live in a place infested with newbies). I eliminated the newbie refs at this field one at a time with one paintball each. I could only fire one paintball and then unjam because my angel was filled with sand. The paintballs would jam in the breach. I would clear it and then fire once and then it would jam again. I used alot of stealth. They never knew exactly what bunker I was in. And everytime I had a shot at them they were totally exposed. They got extremely ticked and accused me of cheating. I did not even feel a whisper of a paintball.

There are a ton of other memories I have but they are all to lame to mention. My bros would play machine gun nest. We had two talons and a semi-auto mirage. The guy with the mirage would climb up into the highest part of the tree. While two of us would rush him. And try to get within range for out cheap piece of crap talons to eliminate him. Now that I come to think of it. The mirage might of been shooting hot.

My best would have to be this weekend at practice...the first game I used my new DM4. I wanted to test my "shooting while running" capabilities with the DM4, so off the break in a 5-man game I ran to the left forty while shooting...it was like one of those slow motion matrix things, when I started firing everything slowed down...even my paint flying through the air. Right when my stream of paint hit its mark (1 guy running to the center 50, and another guy running for the mirror of my bunker), it was like time just sped up all of a sudden. Then I took a few snapshots at the left back can(their right back), and proceeded to move to the left 50. While on my way there, the guy in the back left (their right again) posted out long enough for our snake guy to pop him in the loader...eliminating my only threat. So then i wrapped around and took out their center(home) guy, and then laid down fire while our center 50 guy bunkered their left rear can, and ending the game. Probably one of the best games I have ever been in, and even though it was only practice, I was very proud b/c we were playing against a very tough team that we rarely win against. BTW we didn't lose any players...perfect game, and needless to say that the DM4 has great capabilities for shooting while running.

Nice. I can't wait to get mine and try it out.

I've got another one. Playing open I gathered up 5 guys and challenged one of the teams there. We thought we had no chance of winning, but we got one off the break and I made the 40. Snapped a bit with a guy in a 30 standup, then popped out and nobody was there so I made a dash and dive to the 50. Layed low for a few minutes and nobody was shooting, so I popped up and one guy was about 10 feet from me walking up towards the 50. Just walking, not even running or gun up or anything, just being sneaky. Shot him turned and shot a guy that was completely exposed in a brick on the 30, never even saw me, and turned and rained paint on the last guy in their back right standup. He snapped out and got one right in the goggles. I was so proud of myself, especially when the guy that I shot out just walking around was jumping up and down the screaming at the others. It was hilarious.

I've got a few good ones...

First off, shooting my boss in the neck from 30 feet, through a 6 inch gap in a bunker on the woods field. Priceless when she walks off past me and says to one of my co-workers (also walking off thanks to me) "Look at him, you'd think he was rambo or something."

All this while wearing my team jersey (bright red and black with nickname "the drunk 007" on the back), carring a blue shocker, and stalking around in the woods.

Second:
Playing 5 on 5, we take out 4 on the other side and only lose 2 ourselves. Team practice, so our teammates are all reffing and critiquing our play. The guy left was a back man in the back left standup, ripping away with his A4. My two teammates put him in, I came up the doritos, and round the side of the bunker, and put two balls into his ribs. As I came around, he jerked around to try and get me, got the two balls in his ribs, and tapped his trigger twice, thus shooting my teammate (and the ref watching the move) square in the nuts. After he got up off the ground, and got to see the welts (huge black and blue marks in this kids ribs from my two balls) he says to me "Well, the move was good, the shots were well placed to break, but damnit, the resulting shots in the beanbag were not so cool. Otherwise, nice."

Third:
Playing 3 on 3, and I lose both my teammates. I'm on the right 40 dorito, and I smoke the guy in the back right standup, wrap around and catch the center guy moving up, taking him out. Last guy is in the back left with his e-cocker. I sprint up and slide into their 30 laydown barrel, and we trade balls for a bit. Finally when he sticks his head in, I bolt for the back right standup, and he doesn't realize this. Next time I see him pop back in, I move in for the bunker, and as I come around and put 3 balls on him, the first one blows the pod right out of his hand that he was about to fill his hopper with, the second takes him in the side of the mask, and the last hits him in the back right between the shoulder blades. I hear him ask the ref standing nearby "Um, what just happened?" Poor ref couldn't keep a straight face and says "Buddy, you just got stomped and you guys lost a 3 on 1."

Another memory I had in the scenario game. I walked off the path a little ways to spread out our presence so nobody could slip through and flank us. I was totally in the open when, 4-5 guys ambushed me. The dumb newbies all missed me and I ran into the hut behind me and started gunning it all over the place. I had a solid bunker to snapshoot from now, and all the ghillie sniper and various other newbies had nothing but bushes. I eliminated or chased away 5 of them (it was kind of funny because they initially surrounded me and when I went on a frenzy after I recited psalm 3, 23 they just scattered everywhere) and the last guy had an a5 set on automatic behind a tree. I just let him unload on me until I saw his pod stick out. I ran out of the hut and bunkered him. I used all 3 pods and left them in the hut. I ran back into the hut and had a ref check me as I picked up my pods. After that I called my team from the trail to come back to where I was. And we cleared out the area with me leading until we got to this outhouse where two people were holding down 20 of my team. I tried to bunker them (only a hopper of paint anyways), but I didn't see the fort behind them. I got all the way up to the outhouse but couldn't find the entrance anywhere and got lit up by the people in the fort behind the outhouse.

That scenario game was just one big memory. My 2k2 STO autococker didn't break a ball despite the ultra crappy 32 degrees lump paint.

At night I blew two guys away walking up the stairs of a tower inside the general's base, but when I came down I got litup by my own team. I guess scenario games are fun because the massive amounts of newbies. It's kind of like shooting fish in a barrel. I felt like maybe I shouldn't be there because I was just clocking everybody. It was like I was 10 people. Almost the entire scenario game I would be holding 5-10 people back from accomplishing there mission alone. One time I was alone, wreaking havoc and when I finally got out somebody said, "You were the only one! What the heck?" Thier whole squad and the refs staring at me as I walked off the field. It's just so fun to just let everything happen as it happens. You are alone and you are about to get your butt kicked. So why not get a little crazy? Why not be the guy that everyone is afraid of? Why not take down as many people as you can before you go down? That's the fun of scenario games. The odds are against you almost all the time.

There was other things like massive ambushes and the like. There is just so many things that happened that were so adrenaline pumping that I can't even count.

my brother and i set up a charity game for red cross. we had 16 other people show up. generally me and my bro have been paintballing the longest out of our group so we tend to do better, which means we are never on the same team.

we decided this time we would. it was 16 vs. me and him and we had 3 lives each. we split up and ended up putting their whole team between us and we managed to win. my bro got hit twice and i never got hit.

we still talk about this game and laugh. it was so much fun.

The national CPPA gathering was awesome. I will never forget the people, the freakishly long car ride, and the many games of paintball we all played.

My memory was a memory of sweet revenge. I was playing Speedball, and my friend was behind a bunker, and I was waiting for him to poke out. Got a classic case of tunnel vision, got shot 3 times, once in the arm, and 2 in the back, which pretty much overlapped. We then went to a grassy area and me and another friend were told by the ref to use the boundry to sneak on the other team. When we saw the kid that had shot me, my friend shot once at him to scare him. I snuck up behind to shoot him, and when I got there, the other team member came up next to him. We were playing 3 on 3, and the one was already out. So I swept them and ended the game.

I was looking out my back bunker when i see my last guy go out. 3-1. I should have kept them in i said to my self. As i was shooting at this one guy his bunker fell on him and i shot him 2 even though he said not to. Then ther was a guy at the 50 and a guy in the middle of the snake. If the guy in the snake crawled to the end he would have got me. Insted he pops up showing his whole gun and from his shoulders to his mask. Poped him in the head. I hear the guy at the 50 move up. I them move to the bunker infont of him. he doesn't see me there and i force him back in his bunker a few times. He finaly finds my and stickes his gun out to force my back into my bunker i nail him in the hopper. Two of those three guys are/were better than me. The guy in the snake is/was a newb. I was also (if it makes a difference) i was using y Spyder and two of the guys were using spyders and the guy in the back whos bunker fell was using an Imp with almost all NDZ stuff. God i hae my spyder. :D

I also hate it when i forget to turn off my safty or turn my gun on or take out my barrel bag.

The other one of mine was that we were playing speedball and i did a run through and got 4 out of 5 of there team

what about you guys?

Hate to tell you buddy, but you can't have the Vision eye and the Cricket board at the same time. Guess you don't really have that gun, huh?

Anyways, my most memorable paintball moment was when my 3-man team beat the best guy at our field's 3-man team.

i was playing woodsball and this guy with a ghille suit was using earplugs because he hated the gun noise. anyways i was walking slowly when the ground below me is gely and moving. i was standing on the dudes back and he pointed his gun at me but he couldnt shoot because i was right above him  . then i shot him point blank in the neck :gnasher: .

also when i got to play the Oakland Assasins and one of the guys came up to bunker me but when he fired, his gun messed up or something and he just stood there as the ball bounced off me. i felt unworthy of firing point blank and took a paitball out of my hopper and slapped it onto his goggles.
