Or

B) Buy a Spyder Xtra kit and get a J&J Ceramic Barrel with it.

C) Suggest something better that I can get for $145 with shipping.

What does that have to do with gear? Are you talking about buying this used or in a package with gear online?
Whatever you do, don't get a Tippy. They're big, bulky, and slow unless they are very extensively upgraded.

Empire Realoader
12oz co2 (get it anti-siphoned eventually)

definately go with a Spyder Package over an A-5 unless its got an Eframe and by that point in time w/ all the money you have spent you are nearing the cockers. And you could probobly convince your dad that by buying a Spyder you get a better gun thats cheaper, so see if he will buy you a hopper/mask and then 20oz Co2 tanks arent that expensive unless you go AS

You dont need the CP barrel right away even though it would be good, just get the gun/mask/co2 first and play until you can get money for everything else

That would be pretty good. Its a good mask, and you would have a nice barrel to work with along with Co2. However it goes slightly over ur budget.

And definetly go with a Spyder Or Piranha, Piranha's are usually slightly better, except for the P.O.S. black maxx. They also have better customer service.

Well $145 is hardly anything to work with. You arn't going to get anything spectacular for that price. If you saved another $30-$40 bucks you could have and imagine with a decent setup.

save another $15, then buy the imagine package from pbgear... it will come for $160 shipped.

When you get more money, you can buy a barrel. After that you can get a hopper. if you save a little more buy a barrel right away, the imagine stock barrel shoots teriibly, but you can get away with using the stock hopper for a bit, I know I did.
