are there any difference between the 2? because im about to just order the 32 degree ones...?

They are identical. I have the 32* ones and my friend has the dye. No difference except the label... and the 32* ones come in more colours.

And as an added bonus...the ones from 32 Degrees are CHEEPER, yet are somehow the same exact product.
