here are a few tips for newbs out there

*long barrels slow down paint, 12" is fine
*spray paint jobs can hurt more than help
*silencers may make a small difference but makes your gun much bigger
*this sport is not "war" use logic and a gun that fits what kind of game/role you are playing. You are only a "sniper" if you use a phantom or other high end pump or a closed bolt gun ie shocker/autococker
*save up all your money and buy a cocker/impy/mag/shocker or other high end simi on ebay. You can upgrade and will be much more happy and play better with a nice stock gun.
*Bring a cloth to clean your gun and wear camo only in woods
*dont brag
*ask lots of questions
*help the team

dont flame but if you have something to add please do so

i think we can all agree that 12 inches is the ideal barrel length. anything bigger might get in the way. instead if painting your gun, use camo tape. it's a good idea to be a team player. i have won almost every game i have played when i was a team player

I think you could get by with a longer barrel if you could make the bolt stay foreward longer though. Maybe a stronger striker spring. Going low pressure might help too.
