hey peeps,
me and some friends did a hopper test to see the speed of the 9 volt and 12 volt...my friend wanted to prove to me that one little upgrade made his 9 volt even faster then my 12 volt...so we did a few tests and here are our results...over 12 tries eliminating the fastest and slowest times, 180 paintballs through the hopper.
the 9 volt fed an average 22.765/hopper total of 7.91 balls/sec
the 12 volt fed an average of 16.678/hopper total of 10.793..now with an upgrade to a 4 sided propellor from a 2 sided propellor on his 9 volt, the hopper fed an average of 16.574/hopper total of 10.857 balls/sec, therefore 9 volt with a new prop is equal to or alittle faster then a standard 12 volt revvy.
Im sure people with money wouldnt care about these stats casue youll be buying a 12 volt with new xboard etc..but this is for the people out there with a 9 volt and are on a budget (cause paintball gets expensive) and its a cheap upgrade.5 bux here in canada and im sure its about 2 in the US,give it a try

i really don't think u should say that. cuz u did the test with a person shooting and a stop watch to count the amount of time passed. unless u do the test like how warpig did it, no one really should trust ur little home experiment.

I'm Yoskill friend with the 9v with the paddle! I can tell you for sure that it's as fast as a 12v revy with delay (not the new Xboard). I have not tested it againist the new Xboard, which is suppost to be only 1 bps faster. I think the experiment that we did was accurate. Since if there are any variances it would be evenly disturbuted throughout the test, since we used the same method for all the test. It's the same method that WAS does there hopper test. The Warpig hopper test also has flaws with it. No test is perfect, since there are many variations to take into account.

Pookister569... All I can say is if you have a friend that has a 9v, get him to buy the 12v paddle and put it in his hopper... Then he can laugh at you, since you paid more money on your hopper then he paid for his hopper, and it's faster then your 12v! HA HA! FOOL!

All I'm saying is that it worked for me, and I don't see why it wouldn't work for anyone else. But everyone is entitled to there own opinion.

Maybe, maybe not. The problem is they don't give you details of how they did the test.
