Two questions...

How do I turn up the velocity of the marker and why the hell does the eye keep failing on me. It'll work for a few shots and then my gun stops shooting and then I have to turn the eye off.

TES. I have an Empire Reloader. The thing is though, i'm not shooting fast. Maybe like, 6 bps tops.

well your eye wire could be pinched or not plugged in all they way maybe its bad mine burned out a little while ago i just took it to my local shop and they ordered me a new one and to turn up velocity you gotta turn the allen head screw in the reg to the right to go up and to let left to go down and you gotta shoot a couple times before it changes.

What should my PSI be around? 400?

probally do you have a crono at your local feild.. or at your local shop you should crono it and see what it shoots at i mine is usualy at about 600 psi at 280 + or - 5 but i havent tryed it wih my air tank i got a strange impulse now so i don't really use it anymore

Hmmmm.... When I was out yesterday at my field (farm with tires for bunkers), the balls seemed to lob. I was running at around 600 PSI too...

You should get a spring kit for like $8. I had the same issues with low velocity. I got a spring kit and now my gun shoots at 285.

what jim said and polish your internals, i never put my psi over 500, also oiled your gun good
