yea..I'd go for a b2k4. Im not sure if they changed the wiring harness on the newer b2k's but the b2k3 harness's are weak and if you mess with it, the wires can easily strip and its not good. if you get a b2k3, just dont mess with the wires and you'll be fine.

Dont take this as a slam in way shape or form because it isnt meant that way.
I truely hope you can get $500 out of your angel. I sold my angel about 6-9 months ago. It was a 2K1 Ironmen Adrenalin Angel with TI Boom stick, full freak kit with SS back, dual dye volumizers, DEZign bolt, 88/3K Crossfire airsystem frechly hydro'd and I am sure there are few other things in there that I am forgetting about. Anyways when I sold it I only got $700 for everything.
As far as the bushy goes I stepped away from the angel and went to the bushys. Not because I had to but because I wanted to. The bushy offers all the preformance that I had in the angel not to mention it was a lot easier to maintain than the angel. Granted the angel didnt require a lot of work but when it did special tools were required to make it work at its optimal level. There is one specialty tool that you can get with the bushy but it isnt required. That is a Ram gauge for setting the LPR. I purchased one of these basically for testing purposes and have used it ever since. It isnt a must but it is a nice tool to have none the less.
The plus to the B2K3 and B2K4 over the LCD angel can be quite extensive so bare with me.
The B2K3 and B2K4 are the same basic marker with only a couple of minor changes that most people will never notice. For that simple reason I am only going to discuss these markers as a group and not seperate info about both of them.
The B2K's are lighter than the angel, narrower, about the same height, shorter from front to back of the marker, features a 6 way externally adjustable trigger, has a break beam paint detection system, external fully adjustable LPR, runs on a standard 9 volt battery possilbly a few other things that slip my mind at this point.
I owned my Angel prior to purchasing a B2K. I only purchased the B2K after reading about it being the poor mans angel. I decided that I would check it out since I just dropped close to $2800 on my angel. I knew that there was no way the bushy could compete with my angel, man was I wrong.
The first thing I noticed about the B2K was the weight. I couldnt believe how much lighter it was than the angel. It was just as fast as the angel and every bit as consistant to boot. I never really used the marker other than just test firing it until the LCD went out on my angel. While the board was being return the Adrenalin for repairers I had no choice but to use the Bushy this was when the angel became the backup gun. The one thing that I noticed about both markers is their ability to chop paint. My angel was no better or no worse than the bushy and vice versa, but one thing I noticed was the bushy didnt seem to have the recoil that the angel had. It was easier to hold it on targets while firing long quick strings.
There are so many things that I can tell you about the bushy and the reason I have choose it over almost every other top level marker it isnt funny.
So if you have a question about it let me know and I will see what I can do to get it answered for you.
By the way here is a abrigde list of markers I have previously owned.
Timmy's
Matrix
Angel's
B2K's
B2K3's
FreeStyle's
Cocker's
Viking
If the name above has a 's after it you know that I have had at least two in the family of markers, otherwise it has been one marker.
Hope this helps.

Im not sure if they changed the wiring harness on the newer b2k's but the b2k3 harness's are weak and if you mess with it, the wires can easily strip and its not good. if you get a b2k3, just dont mess with the wires and you'll be fine. I've heard about this too. I've taken apart my B2K3 tons of times, mostly just for fun and to clean it so it's in tip-top shape (you dont need to maintain a Bushy the way I do mine-I just like it in top condition). I've never had a problem with the wiring harness. It's not like the wires will just fall out of the solenoid or anything, you would have to like suspend the gun body from the grip frame using nothing but the wiring harness to get it to break the wires. If you pay any attention whatsoever, then you will probly never break a wire.
I've heard about ICD putting 25mg microswitches and slightly better wire in the B2K4, not sure if its true though. But the wiring is not really a problem from what I've seen.
I'm not sure how much you could get for that Angel. But I think you would really like the B2K4, you should go for it. If you're trying to be a gun hoe, just look at Shootpaint, he's one'a the best.
