im getting a new a5 for christmas. What are the first upgrades i should get? ex: 1. ........

And to save you $230 do not buy a A-5. Buy a spyder and up it or, a 2k3 cocker.

I have an A-5 and it is not worth the money IMO.

YOu will be much happier in the long run with a spyder or cocker.

Try it stock first dont go out a buy upgrades see if you like it stock if dotn come back and ask this question.

1st-Barrel- I have a 14 inch Lapco Big shot...GREAT FOR THE PRICE...check the reviews on this site.
2nd-COmp air tank. Nitro duck makes a VERY resonable priced one. 3000psi 47cu in..bout 80 bucks

After that..it depends on your playing style.

Remote? Drop forward? Low Pressure kit? Double trigger? RT/E-grip?

I am a milsimmer/woodsballer....so I have a buncha stuff on mine that make it look like an M-4.

BUt...the A-5 is a GREAT marker. Easy to work on...and if its ur first one...its a VERY good way to go.

If you don't go with the a-5 I would go with one of the cockers mentioned above.

Kind of more like it makes it more consistent.

Less volcity spikes. It shots the same amount ever time and it is better for the gun.

the smart parts is of course better but way expensiver if i were u i would by the jj ceramic FULL TILT thats what i have and its accurate and way silent
