And how do you do it. It seems kindof wierd when people just leave paint on their mask after a game and then get mad when they can't see in the next game. Hehe

What is the point in that? You have to see to play, no see no play.

I just wipe mine down with an old t-shirt, if theres paint on it I'll use a little water and then wipe it dry.

its a good idea cos paint and dirt can get trapped between the lens and the mask.

i read somewhere a while back, that everytime you get hit in the lens, you're supposed to replace the lens, how many 'lens shots' can the actual lens take, or is it a gimmic to get more sales off of lenses (theyre pretty expensive)

i think the after every shot thing is a gimmick, but if you do take a hit take your lens out and rinse it in cool water ,inspect the lens for cracks ,even cracks on the T loks , make sure you get all the paint out of the trench in the goggle frame, the paint can damage the lexan, and for gods sake no windex or anything not made specifically for paintball goggles
the genral rule is supposed to be replace the lens once a year, some replace it on there b-day every year so they dont forget
but im a bit lax about that as im sure everyone else is

no i think its if you get shot at piont blnk range at 10 feet or more thats when your supposed to replace them. and yes i clean my mask after every time i play cuase i can never see out of it the next time if i dont.

10 feet or less? what about muggings? They continually happen you would end up paying a fortune just to replace your lens. Usually what the manufactureres say so arent always true. They say 10 feet every time for (a) safety and (b) get you to spend more money.
Though im not saying you shouldnt check your masks for cracks and if you do get continally gogged, get a new lens, or a pair of glass eyeballs.
