View Full Version : shocktech bolt won't go

hey i just got a shockteck supa fly bolt from a guy. so i pulled out my old bolt and threw this one in, then i tried to stick the pull pin threw it....it won't go threw no matter what
any ideas

there should be a screw in the back of the bolt that adjusts how tight the ball bearing is that holds the bolt pin in the bolt. Use an allen wrench to unscrew that screw a little bit, that'll let the bolt pin slide in easier. Just dont unscrew too much or the bolt pin will fly out when you start shooting.

there is none in the supa fly bolt like in the stock one

pull away the jewel on the back of the bolt you should see the hex screw then

could it be beacouse the stock pin is to big?

well, consider this an excuse to treat your gun to a new Titanium bolt pin. talk to dyn2liv on www.icd-owners.com he has a thread in the B/S/T forum. He makes one-of-a-kind titanium bolt pins, they are $11 shipped (awesome price).
Beyond that, I dont know.
