tinted windows.....like the windows on the limos....black stuff you put on windows and it's darker

He meant how dark, the quality of the tint, whether or not you'll install it yourself...etc.

is a pretty broad question...

Local shops usually charge between $200 to $400 for a complete job where I'm from.....

haha i dunno how dark but since u said 200-400 for a complete job....wow....and naw i wont risk it by installin it myself...ill just ask my neighbor cuz he got them for his car

For that price, it's a great deal. Just not sure of the quality of the wiring kit or the amp.
