4x4 is a SEMI?

i am just wondering about high end semi's here.

i read the post below this, and it says the shocker 4x4 is a SEMI!
that is great news.

because i dont really like electros, for me it owuld just kill paint and i dont really spray all that much.

if a 4x4 is a high end semi, i would be very interested in that.

could you guys just list off a few other high end semis's other than cockers and mags?

What!? Last I heard a Shocker was an electro marker.. You could probably get a semi only board, but a shocker 4x4 IS an electro.. Oh god i hope im right..:rolleyes:

Yeah shockers are electros. The 4x4 describes the settings on the boards.

i thought that the 4X4 was a semi and the electronics just controled the internals to make the gun closed bolt unless you get a new board.

The 4x4 is a SEMI, which refers to the FIRING MODE, NOT THE STYLE OF OPERATION. SEMI is short for SEMI AUTO, which means one trigger pull, one ball fired. Is it REALLY that hard to understand?

well, the other day I posted a thread in return to DAVKAD about the shocker. I said something mean that I should not have. Generally I am a "ok" guy, but I guess I was in a bad mood that day. The is a formal apology to all of those offended as I had no right to do that. If it is necessary I will not fight the consequences of my actions. Again, I am very sorry to say what I did. THE 4X4 IS A SEMI!!! One trigger pull, one shot, Easy concept. The trigger is just a-lot lighter, so you can shoot faster. The board can also accomodate other chips like the Glacier, Turbo, and others.

Yes, the firing mode IS semi. The gun is not. If it was a semi there would be really no need for a board. even the 4x4 is an ELECTRIC. The battery gives power to the selenoid which will be activated when the trigger is pulled(thats why there is wires from trigger to body). The selenoids control everything in the gun, from the opening of the bolt so a ball can load, and even to how much air is coming in. Therefore, the action the gun shoots at is semi, but the gun is an electro. Have a nice day.

He was asking how the Shocker shoots, I told him semi. You don't have to get into all the solenoid electro crap, its semi auto, a very fast one.



P.S.-Why can't you afford a 12 volt revvy SHOCKYOU? They cost 10 bucks more!!!

Yea I cant, considering I spent all of my own money on my gun, and I just got a 9 volt for my b-day. I just thought hey mine as well use it. and so far it does ok, so no need to upgrade. not to mention I just dont feel like buying one. And sorry if I went into too much detail, but it is an electro gun.

save up and buy a ricochet2k, those hoppers are really nice, they keep up as good as a 12volt rev and have all these cool things on em, but they cost a-lot, its a good investment though...

Ok, you guys are just confusing everyone. the shocker is an electronic semi operated marker. its considered a SUPER SEMI. Shoots semi auto with electronic timeing.
