would you guys consider someone that plays in local small tournaments a real tournament player? im only 13 and my team has played in 3 local tournaments but i dont know if we are actually considered tournament players since they are just small ones

If you play in tournaments, you're a tourney player.
Now, there are tourney players and then there are tourney players that win.
It may be a little while before you can say you are the latter, but even the pros had to start somewhere.
