Newly redisigned maxflo 4500 psi system

New self adjusting low pressure reg. (the lpr is very small and has no adjustment knob at all, you can see it screwed into the front of the vertical adapter on the nerve)

Same new reverse polarity magnetic trigger as the 2k3 shocker, capible of 20+bps
(I have heard it is more like 26+bps)

Freak barrel with stainless steel inserts (no more dented aluminum inserts)

Vision Eye- same anti-chop eye thats on the 2k3 shocker and newer impies.

Pin-less bolt assembely, easy tear down

I think he means barrel threads

 ooops, my bad. the nerve take impulse ball detents (short), impulse feed tubes, shocker asa's, shocker triggers, and impulse barrels.

Yes, everyone should note that the Nerve uses two non-Vision detents...it does not use one long and one short detent.

heh I just don't want anybody else buying a Vision and a non-Vision detent...I have received much response from those who've had that problem.

Ydna, that's Azn_Boy, he follows TPD around and restates whatever he says. Just think about him as TPD's entourage that says "yea" after whatever the lead guy says.

im sorta confused...so does the nerve operate at a low pressure? i thought it did but i was reading ydna's faq and it reccommended using tanks with an output pressure over 600, so using a preset low pressure tank would interfere with the performance right?

toothpastedog

the nerve uses an inline reg to regulate the pressure from between 150-300psi, then i uses an lpr to regualte that pressure to about 65psi.

so would i get away with a preset high pressure tank on it or does it not make that much of a difference either way.

toothpastedog

yeh, it doesn't matter

i read off somewhere that the nerve is high pressure because it said that when they tried it out and used a low pressure the high the velocity would go is like 235-240

but hey they couldve screwd up
