Wow, today is a REALLY bad day for me.

If you havent already read my drop zone II experience:

http://www.pbreview.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=5

And now when i was trying to get my revvy onto the feed tube it was kinda tight so i decided to screw it in cuz i know some people do that. But i twisted it too much i guess and the threads broke loose and the screw holding the feed tube tightly in (what is up with that?) scratched the anno on the feed tube, and now the revvy is stuck on the feed tube and there is a rather large scratch on the feed tube.

god i am pissed :pissed:

anyone got any suggestions on how i could get the revvy off?

soap maybe or lotion. just lube it up and see if it slides out.

alright i got it out. but its still really tight to get on. should i sand the neck a little bit?

i rubbed some white lithium grease on the neck of the revvy and slid it on a little gentler.

about how far out of the feed neck should it be sticking out? mine is about 1/4" to 1/2". i think i could put it a little bit more in, but i dont want to chance it.

File of the neck of the revy. What u can do is unscrew the feed tube screw, and then trun the feed tube so the stratch is hidden, then tighten the screw down really hard, and the feed tube wont be spinning ne more.

BE really sucks. Mine fits perfectly and if I push it in some it will stay unless something pulls it out. My local shop said they got 2 revs and the two guys put them on their angels(same size low rise) and one slid in perfectly and the other was too small and had to use a lil dye spacer.

3 things:

1) had same problem(with ricochet), sandpaper does wonders and most Timmy owners I've seen around here who messed around with their feed tubes have scratches on em, I know I do :) Think of it as initiation ;)

2) your link to your drop zone ordeal is broken, it takes us to the general forum. fix it, I am greatly intrigued.

3) meatloaf, you're one funny dude!

heres the link

BTW, i wish someone would make a twister feed neck for the timmy, that would be great. no more trouble with fitting hoppers. plz someone make one!!!!

If it makes you feel any better, I scratched up my feed neck too. I was trying to take it out to see if an Angel low rise would fit. (it didn't)
