lapcos have been the most accurate in every test done but are very loud. They are also cheap which is good. I like custom products barrels and those are very cheap too. Dont fall for the boomstick and alla merican hype that they are better. Higher price doesnt mean better.

CARBON FIBERS!!!!! you get 90% accuracy back within 3 shots of a ball break and they're super accurate!

From your post counts, you sure aren't new here, but are you new to paintball? Accuracy is dependent on these things:
1. How clean the barrel is
2. The quality of the barrel
3. The quality of the paint
4. How well the paint fits into the barrel
5. The shooter
I don't believe that you'll get 90% accuracy back, I sure as hell don't believe in 32* stuff either. None of their products seem to be made of high quality...
I'd personally go with a DYE, Lapco, or CP. All of those are good choices, high quality barrels. Be sure to get a good paint match with them though.

Go with a 12" cp barrel or a 12" j+j ceramic, heard a lot of good things about those barrels.

i DEFINETELY support intruder's post - i have a custom products barrel and it hasn't busted a ball in thousands of rounds... and i've shot the j&j is good too i've shot several of them ... they are nice..
