FOM / e-mail/ Virus/ Backorders

As many of you know, I get about 300 e-mails a day. (And I actuly try to answer them!) Most of the time, Norton capatures any Virus sent my way. But once again, I had one get by.

IF you have had any e-mail corspondance with me in recent times, PLEASE upload the latest Norton deff file and run it on your system. I know these things have a way of trying to spread themselves

If you want a response from me by e-mail, please have a meaningful Subject line. I will NOT open or read e-mails with out a subject line or with a subject line that something like "RE: "

I will no longer open any attchments or open or read any e-mail with attchments. Use copy and paste if you want to show me something.

BACKORDERS--- Please read!
The most recent Virus has managed to mess up a few of my files. The most important of which is the "backorders" file. If you are waiting for something from me which is on back order- that would be about any thing that is more than 2 weeks since you orderd it- Please contac me about it. We have lost all out back order file and have been trying to recreate it from hard copy

Sorry for posting this off subjuet message- but it seems like the fastest way to let fokes know
