what barrel?

whats a good barrel to shoot on the impulse if i shoot midnights, blaze and jt elites? what barrel is good? or should i just keep the progressive?

but therapy is that really neccesary....u could just drink some herbal tea or something to relax u but hey it may be just me since we asians have all these methods
