does it not have a little plate on the back that cover the mode button?

edit: what frame do you have? i had an LED silver bullet, but i bought the grip from my friends lcd and gutted it and used the board/ switch and everthing from the LCD. i know my led frame had a little plate held on with a screw that kept you from changing modes, but i don't know about the LCD frame or whatever
