The Freak front is just a Teardrop like the Big Daddy, so would it work? I'm trying to get a black base, red tipped barrel here ;)

i think you are in luck. the all american barrel is now built like the freak system with the inserts and such. if your barrel is twopiece it should work fine. i have ordered a all american with a black base and green front. i talked to smart parts today and they said they have the barrels in blue, red, purple, green, and black. hope this helps.

If you have the AA Big Daddy (AA back and tear drop front), you should be able to take the Freak front Tip.

i just have one question. so if i were to buy an all american barrel today, i could then buy a new front piece (ie. freak teardrop front) and screw it right on the existing aa back section? i know this sounds like a sorta dumb question, but some people i've talked to say i can and some say i cant. I have also heard that on older aa's, this cant be done. Is this just a new manufacturing technique by smart parts? any help would be greatly appreciated!

On the old AA's you can not do this because you can not detach the front from the back. The new AA (Big Daddy) is a two piece that detach. The back is aa and the front is the tear drop. If you like the AA back but want to be able to change length and not the bore, than this is a good choose. You can get different length front to make it form 10" to 16" and different porting by using the Freak front.
