I just said this the ICD fourm also.

Now I dont want this turned into a spam thread or anything like that, I think its time to clear this up once and for all cuz im sick and tired of the childish fighting over Imps vs a B2K. They both are nice guns the only major difference is that the weight and hight. Now when you vs against a Private Label Impulse, the private Impules will probly be better for example : Strange, Nasty, Ton Ton, Cash Money. Against a B2K4 the Private Label Is out performing a B2K4 IMO, now weather you want to admit that or not thats your choice. But a B2K4 vs a regular Vision Imp the B2K4 is better in most peoples opinions but either way there both reasonable companies. Now people hate SP cuz they sued AKA. One question. For the people that do hate SP for that reason please tell me all the info on that without searching and if you cant, you just hate SP cuz u jumped on the ban wagon. Now the point of this is to stop the fighting between SP and ICD, get over it. Both companies have there up and downs.

SP is hated becuase they sued, well come on kids, who actully cares about that? Thats between the two companies the people have nothing to do with it, alot of people think buy smart part stuff supports there sueing, no its supporting there research for new guns and better products.

Ive shot and owned both a B2K4 and a vision impulse 03, IMO the B2K4 is better but I do admit they over react just cuz SP sued ICD.

People with Bushys (B2K4) dont have that many problems, but BKO'S are a diffrent story.

no one is full of themselves, it is just that icd is more of a one on one company than sp is-like compairing VONS to you local farmers market-and so they develope better and stronger relationships with more of their buyers than sp does. that doesn't mean that we arn't as good as them though. let it be, there is no solution...

i agree. so what, its called buisness!!!. so SP is agressive, and yeah it would suck if AKA or AGD couldnt make guns anymore, but im not going to cry about it. business is buesiness and what happens happens. i agree SP are kinda being jerks, but i like their products and i will support them for that.

okay, i like the smart parts guns, they are pretty good. i am actually in the process of picking up a used impulse. (although i think smart parts does need to work out some issues with quality control, concerning all their products)

however, i really do not respect smart parts. i think there business ethics are very immoral.

in the free market, the company that provides quality products at a price the consumer is willing to pay is the one that survives, while the company that provides bad service, and bad quality goes out of business.

its simple economics.

we can all agree that ICD and SP make quality guns, and each cater to a different set of consumers.

we can agree that a stock B2k4 is better than a stock impulse
we can agree that most likely, a highly upgraded/customized(rat, nasty etc) Impulse is better than a highly upgraded B2k4

now heres the problem. smart parts is engaging in practices that interfere with the free market system. SP is abusing patent laws to try to either get other companies out of business, or raise the price of their consumer products via royalties.

SP is much like john d rockefeller, who at first, used good practices like undercutting competitors, but eventually as his empire quickly grew, he started to lobby the government to put tarriffs on foreign oil companies(who were undercutting him), and JDR also lobbyed the government to pass laws making more restrictions and regulations on the oil business, making it harder to have a start-up oil business. JDR was almost able to obtain monopolized power on the market(although he was unsuccessful in stopping foreign oil from undercutting him). if he had monopolized oil business without the intervention of government, i would say fine, obviosly he was able to obtain a monopoly because he provided quality products and service at a cheaper price that made consumers buy from him, instead of his competitors. i would be okay with that.

however, smarts parts is not providing a better products, with better service, at a cheaper price to drive out its competitors. instead, SP is using a "hole" in the patent laws(which i think need major reform) to drive out its competitors.


all in all, smart parts should stop with the lawsuits and instead focus that money into researching and finding ways to make their products better and their customers happier.
