hey, i just got back from my field to fill my tank and get my timmy all ready for sunday.
anyways the field limits the FPS to around 230, and to get to that i had to lower my HP reg to around 150PSI, the cocking pressure is around 75PSI. my input is around 400PSI.
im shooting around 235FPS +/- 4
is this OK? what else can i adjust to get the pressure up a little or is everything groovy?
BTW they gave me a load of crap for buying my timmy online, oh well, screw them.

I got the same crap from my local shop. They are so ***. Why the **** do they care where I get my gear? Maybe paintball is exspensive already so why should I pay more the I have too? They should be happy I even bother going to their field. I could get my own paint and use a friends fill station for 1/3 of the price I pay at the field, but I still go. Do they just want me to stop coming? OMG, you can't tell my you would buy something for $100 when you can get it for $75. You know they wouldn't buy their markers from the price they sell them for. They got their **** online before they opened a store. People can just be so ***.

My local pro shop is owned and operated by Bob Long's Ironmen! All the guys who work there are on the Ironmen. I even see Bob Long himself there on occasion! I mean I'll be getting great customer service, they're only 15 min away, but what are they gonna say when they find out I'd ordered my Timmy online? They charge $650 for them and with tax that comes out to about $715. I can get one from County for $614 shipped.
Needless to say I'm gonna be DAMN nervous when I bring my Timmy in and they ask, "Did you buy this from us?" :paranoid:
EDIT- As a side note, they do have an immpressive trophy collection. They have a shelf above the door filled with huge trophies.

I have talked with Bob and all of the boys from the Ironmen and don't think twice about taking your gun in, they will more then likley give you a pat on the back for getting the best deal you could find for your gun. They still will treat you like you got it from them, Bob is one of the nicest person that you could posibly find in the paintball industry so no worrys.

...because Bob Long is one heck of a nice guy. He makes it a point to get out and meet people. He's not a snob like a lot of the pros who think they're too good to mingle with the "little guys".
Also, I don't think Bob will care if you bought your Intimidator somewhere else. The money funnels back to him eventually anyway since they sold them to the dealers in the first place.
