I think the timmy is gonna be making alot more noise next year. For one, Ground Zero will now be using them, as well there will be a special Ground Zero edition Intimidator. The 45 frame will be coming out as well, all making the intimidator an even better marker than it currently is.
Aardvark of Aardvark Custom Paintball products has been working on his own proprietary marker that will be coming out in the future. Not much has been said, but it will have a mechanical pivot trigger, trap door instead of bolt and will be extremely small and light. The mini matrix may also come out some time next year, which is also an aardvark product.
Bob Long is also making a new marker, which will combine alot of the good things about the intimidator, in a much smaller package, with a 45 frame and an enclosed bolt.
AKALMP has a new marker that I think will be making alot of noise in the near future as well. That marker, is the Viking. The Viking takes the reliability, efficiency, and huge gas galleries of the excalibur and puts it into an open bolt marker, with only one solenoid. I believe this marker will turn more than a few heads
Electro kit conversions for the autococker are becoming more and more refined, being both smaller, less ugly and more reliable. For cocker owners, I think that is going to be a big thing. The rest of us...
Smart Parts is also rumored to be coming up with a new marker for release early 2001. Being smart parts they can afford the marketing so that all of us will be talking about it like it or not.
What do I think? Well I think my personal marker is gonna be the one everyone talks about :) Can't say much yet, but the gun will not chop, is 15 centimetres long for the body, and about the height of a mag. ROF will be nice and high, electro trigger, and the actual valving is gonna be dead simple. We'll just see how it goes I suppose :D

The next big marker will be a gun we've got now with the word "Dark" or some other adjective in front of the regular name and the only difference will be some milling.
"Dark 98" by WarpedSportz and Tippmann.

Well, it's really an estimate right now, because I know how much manufacturing will cost, but not sure about other expenses like how much RnD will cost from now to completion, and I'm planning on putting a nice cosmetic mill pattern, which I'm not sure how much that will cost either (and how much it costs will affect how much cosmetic milling is done). But not including the cost of RnD and all that other stuff I'd be selling them for about the same price as an impulse complete with a regulator. We'll see though

If the GZ timmy is red fade, enclosed bolt, and nice 45 framed, i might have to get that. I dunno, I might try out an angel next season. the viking......It's a decked out spyder w/hyper frame, i dunno, it was ugly as all heck and...... ugly.......
Demonic impulses are already makeing quite a splash.
Dunno, we'll see.

Demonic Impulses are good, but the company lacks good marketing funds so it reach's the mass (paintball) public.

Yeah, Das nailed it. I originally heard it from some other guy, but I guess he was kidding me so I turned it into a full scale production rumor.

i think the timmis are going to be big just because the prices have dropped so dramatically compared to when they first came out. i thought i would never be able to get one, but now if i wanted to i could afford one . . . probably wont though
