how do i get my ram off my hammer? ie searched and read thru the ultimate sticky and didnt find it.

new problm i cant get the hammer cap off. is it possible ot came from the factory loctited?

no, they don't loctite them, but the yscrew em' in hard. there is a possibility they loctited it, but i have yet to see one.

my step dad couldnt get it out. it has to be loctited. is it safe to get a new spacer and shove the whole thing in boiloing water?

or a lighter or some thing, but yeh, you could take the o-rings off, buy a new o-ring for the cap, and a ram/housing bumper, then put it in boiling water...
