I've tried looking for reviews but there were none to be found in the review section. I'm wondering if anybody has used them, cause on paintballgateway.com they have a case of them for 25 bucks and free shipping.

I'm wondering too. I know they won't be perfect but I wonder if they'll be fine for a close action indoor field.

My brother bought a case to play woods ball with. They didn't seem to shoot to bad. The only bad thing I saw was the fill is dark purple, almost black. It was really hard to see if you got a break on somebody.

Shrapnel is the same thing as seconds.

These balls often come with liquid on the outside and appear wet. What you have to do is lay them out on a towl and take a rag and dry them off. They also smell terrible. Keep the box closed.

In my barrel, they shoot really well so I don't mind buying them for the 30$ a case that my local shop is selling them for. I just wouldn't use them in games that matter. Only outlaw games and others of that sort.

The comments above are true, but despite their flaws they shot decently and didn't break in my gun. Not a bad buy for $29 at the local proshop. I will buy them again for shooting around with my friends.

Schrapnal can be any seconts PMI/RPS paint thus- my box can be seconts primuim and big ball and yours could be seconts allstar and marbs....tis all a toss up.

as for 'wet' paint...its not to be like that even schrapnel thats a few broken balls in the bag...I would ask for a new box if u just got it from the pro-shop

Yeah...this stuff is the same stuff as what used to be known as "white box" or "seconds". It's a hodge podge of whatever they had a bad or less than ideal run of at the factory. I've had inferno in the draxxus version and garbage stuff. With PMI, I've had marbs, all stars, premium and worse. It's all going to depend. The quality of hte paint is different with each box as well.

I bought 4 cases of Shrapnel about a month ago. THe balls were black with pink fill and they came in a brown box. The balls weren't wet at all but they did have flat spots on 95% of the balls. They shoot OK at best, but I would spent another $10 a case on Zap Rec balls if you want cheap paint that works good.
